Motivated Growth Coordinator needed to represent and assist with our portfolio of diverse clients in various markets throughout the U.S. Led by decorated digital top performers, learn from our team leaders in this entry-level position within our team!

Must be a great communicator whose friends would describe as a self-starter, loves a good deadline, and a people-person. Prior writing and editing skills for digital channels are a plus. Flexible work from home schedule; you manage your tasks as you see fit to deliver a great experience for the clients you assist with.

Through personalized training, professional development tools, and networking techniques; you will obtain vital skills that will launch your career in the digital marketing industry. With increasing requests for our interactive marketing services, our goal is to equip you with the tools to acquire new customers while cultivating leadership skills as we continue to grow.

What you’d be up to:

• Morning Networking Chapter Meeting (once a week, same day every week)

• Meetings with at least 2 Chapter Members and/or Networking Contacts and/or Attend a Training

• Conducting a 30-minute Consultation to Determine the Dream, Goals, & Budget, Book Follow-Up Appointment

• Content Creation and Editing: Web, Social, Email Channels

• Adding New Content to Websites in WordPress, Squarespace, and Java-based Platforms

• Posting to Instagram

• Weekly Project Check-in via Email

• Organizing SEO Website Performance Reports Monthly

• Keyword Research and Content Recommendations for Clients Monthly

• Graphic Design for Social Calendars as Needed & Image Recommendations for Blogs

• Updates to the Charisma Communications Website as Needed


• Earned a College Degree (or experience equivalent in a customer-facing, consultative sales role)

• Must be 18 years of age or older and be eligible to work in the US

• Have a working computer and cell phone for social media posting

• Must be local and available to start immediately

• Proficient communication skills

• Solutions-oriented and creative

• Excellent work ethic and ability to manage your own time efficiently

• Detail-oriented (the role requires a keen eye)

• Prior WordPress coding & development experience, comfortable with template builders like Squarespace to bring clients ideas to life

•Flexible work from home schedule, but must be willing to attend weekly morning networking events and other meetings as you see fit to grow your local network and self personally & professionally

Hourly Rate + Unlimited Commission Potential
